Care and durability instructions by material

Steel

With metal bands, cosmetics, sweat and dust can irritate the skin or oxidize the steel. Avoid exposing the bracelet to chemicals such as chlorine. Regularly clean the band with a little soap and water and then dry it well with a soft cloth.

Leather

Protect your leather band from cosmetics, any type of water, sweat and chemicals and do not expose it excessively to the sun. A leather strap has a lifespan of approximately 6-12 months.

Silicone and nylon

The silicone and nylon straps must be cleaned thoroughly after contact with water (especially salt). Rinse the band with clean water and dry it with a soft cloth. Silicone and nylon straps can cause skin irritation due to the snug fit and perspiration. Therefore, change and clean the band regularly. Do not expose the band to the sun too much, otherwise it may discolour. The silicone and nylon straps have a lifespan of approximately 6-12 months.

Solo Loop straps can expand approximately 5% due to the elastic material.

Wood

Wooden bands should not come into contact with water. A wooden band has a lifespan of approximately 12 months.

Screw connector bands

Check regularly that the screws on the connector are tight. This will prevent the bracelet from detaching from the watch. If necessary, tighten the screws with a Pentalope P2 screwdriver.
