How do I make a purchase?

Placing an order online is simple:

Browse the categories of the site or use the search bar to find the products you want, add them to the cart, fill in the shipping details and confirm the order. You will receive an email confirming your order.

 

All the products I see in the catalog are available?

No, there may be products out of stock, in restocking or out of production.

The availability of each product is always indicated on the product detail page and in the cart. It may happen that a product is available but several buyers buy it at the same time running out of it, in this case the customer will be informed as soon as possible that the product is no longer available.

 

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what can I do?

Check that the order has been correctly entered and is present in the History and order details section.

If the order is present, check if you are checking the same email with which you made the purchase.

Check your SPAM / Junk folder.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order until it is shipped.

Send the request by sending us an email to [email protected]

Always clearly state the order number you wish to cancel.

We will refund you the amount paid within 10 working days.

If the order has already been shipped, you can return it once you have received the products. After we have verified your return, we will issue the refund: the process can take up to 10 working days.

 

Do the prices include VAT?

All prices are intended as retail prices and therefore include VAT.

Delivery takes 7-15 working days.

For orders below 30.00 US$, 4.25 US$ will be required for shipping costs.

For all orders over 30.00 US$, delivery is free.

 

How can I track the shipment of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email from Smanique when you complete your order. When we entrust the products to the courier, you will be sent an email with the tracking number, with which you can follow the status of the shipment. If you do not receive the email with the tracking number, please check the SPAM / UNWANTED folder or contact us by email at [email protected] or via Messenger by pressing the Messenger icon.

 

How do I know where my order is?

What happens if there is no one to receive the package at the time of delivery?

The courier leaves a notice and will make a second and final delivery attempt.

 

Will I be notified when the order is delivered?

We will send you an order confirmation email when the order is placed. The shipping service sends an email with the tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse. You can check the progress of your order, using the tracking number received from the courier.

 

Can I change the shipping address?

You can only change your shipping address if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Why is my order late?

We do our best to meet standard delivery times, but unexpected events can happen.

Here are some possible causes of the delay:

The order was shipped during the sales and promotions period.

You have ordered more than one product. In some exceptional cases, the ordered products may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

The order was placed on a national holiday in Italy, a local holiday.

Unexpected events have occurred that are beyond our control.

Can I change the items in my order?

You can only change the items ordered or the quantity if the order has not yet shipped.

I have changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?

The request for withdrawal must be received within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order.

 

I purchased with a VAT number and I changed my mind about a product. Can I return it?

The Right of Withdrawal is governed by the Consumer Code and only concerns distance sales between the seller and non-professional private consumers, therefore if you are a VAT number or a company you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. I received a wrong product

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

We advise you to check the conditions of the packaging and products received at the time of collection. We take the utmost care and attention in packaging and shipping packages, but some inconvenience, even beyond our will, can happen.

If the package is damaged or the closing tapes are not intact, indicate on the receipt document the writing "reservation of goods control for ... "with the description of the problem. Take some photos, if possible, of the package so that we can send it to us.

Product Warranty

 

My product broke: is it still under warranty?

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty for lack of conformity.

To find out if the product is still under warranty, check the delivery date shown in the order detail.

If the purchase was made by a company or p. VAT, the legal guarantee is 1 year.

If you have forgotten your password: for security reasons it is not possible to recover your old password, but you can request a new one by clicking on Login & gt; Forgot your password?

Can I change the email I use to access my personal area?

How can I stop receiving newsletters?

If you wish to stop receiving our Newsletter, you can request assistance through our customer service, specifying "Newsletter Cancellation".

 

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account you can request assistance through our customer service by contacting us by email at [email protected] or via Messenger by pressing on the Messenger icon.

However, we remind you that you will no longer be able to consult your order history or monitor its status, receive news or exclusive Smanique discounts and promotions.

Coupon and Promo

What should I do if the coupon doesn't work?

It may happen that the coupon you are trying to use is expired or invalid. If the coupon has expired, it can no longer be used. If it is invalid, please try these instructions.

Make sure you use the coupon correctly: make sure the discount is applicable to all items in the cart: some products may be excluded from the promotion. Check that the spaces and all characters have been entered correctly.

The field in which to enter the code is case-sensitive. Check that the 'Caps Lock' key is not activated and make sure you have used upper and lower case letters correctly. It is easy to type one or more characters incorrectly when entering the code manually. To avoid the most common mistakes: Check that you have not exchanged the numbers 0/1 with the letters O / I and vice versa.

How do you use coupons?

Coupons allow you to get a discount or a free product on purchases made at our ecommerce. To get the discount or free product:

Select the products that provide the possibility to use the coupon in our online store.

Enter the products in the cart and once in the checkout, enter the coupon code in the "Promo Code" box. Enter the discount code in the box and click 'Add'.

Remember that the coupon:

It is valid for a limited time.

May not be valid on all products.

It cannot be applied after placing the order.

Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and offers. If multiple promotions or discounts apply to your order, the one offering the greatest discount will be used.

 

In which cases can I get a coupon?

You can request a coupon in the following cases:

If you have returned (part of) an order. In this case, be sure to return your order before requesting a coupon.
