This means that you can communicate your intention to return the products within 30 days after the product has been delivered. Of course, you can also return only a part of your order.

 

How to proceed with the return

  • The intention of wanting to take advantage of the right of withdrawal
  • The number of the order to which the return refers
  • The name of the product or products to be returned and the relative quantities
  • Buyer's data (name and surname, email)

You will be given precise instructions to make the return and to which address to send the products.

 

2) Print and attach the order confirmation email to which the return refers to your shipment.

 

3) Package your return securely so that the items reach us undamaged. It is essential that the returned products:

  • show no signs of wear
  • are returned in the original packaging
  • are complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment)

If on the site you do not find the size you intend to change with, it means that this is not available; in this case it will be necessary to proceed with a return.

How long do I have to make a return?

From the moment you have received the order, you have 30 days to contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and communicate the decision to return the goods and therefore return one or more products by following the instructions you will be given.

 

When is a return ineligible for a refund?

The products you return to us will need to be put back on sale, so treat them with great care if you are not sure you will keep them and return them to us just as you would like to receive them. The goods must not show signs of wear; we can only accept items returned in their original condition.

In particular:

  • do not soil or damage the products while you try them
  • do not remove labels and tags
  • do not destroy or damage original boxes, envelopes, seals and packaging
  • do not write on the original boxes or packaging
  • do not wash the products you intend to return! They must be as you received them
  • return all accessories originally supplied

Attention: in the cases listed above, the return will not be accepted with consequent impossibility to proceed with the refund. The products must be returned without delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your intention to return the products. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned late or that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOX - For the return shipment make sure to place the products in the original box so that the product is not damaged during shipping. The original box is in fact part of the product and if it arrives damaged (broken, punctured, crushed corners, etc.) we will not be able to proceed with the refund. Also, do not use scotch tape to close the original box: even this operation will not allow us to proceed with the refund as the box will no longer be resalable.

 

Who pays for the return shipment (return of the package)?

The costs for the return following the exercise of the right of withdrawal are charged to the customer.

Defective product - legal guarantee of conformity

The products purchased by the consumer are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity. Defects of conformity are to be understood as manufacturing defects that the product has upon receipt of the goods by the customer. In that case, the customer is entitled to a full refund via a coupon voucher that can be used for a new purchase.
